In general, the ideas we receive fall into one or more of the following categories:
1. Those which have previously been, or are already under development;
2. Those in which we have a current interest;
3. Those which are already in the public domain;
4. Those we are not currently interested in;
5. Those which have been previously considered and abandoned.
In order to avoid any misunderstandings between you and Kerusso, and for the protection of each party, we have developed a formal Idea Submission Policy. Please read that policy and the details listed below. Your submission of an idea confirms your agreement with the terms and conditions of this policy.
How should I submit my idea?
We ONLY accept idea submissions through this 4 step process.
How will I be compensated for my idea?
If we choose to use your qualified idea to create or enhance one of our products, we may contact you with an offer which will be based on the potential of the idea.
Will Kerusso sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Due to the high volume of idea submissions, we cannot sign a non-disclosure for every idea submission. Your e-mail will serve as a record of your submission.
Can I call Kerusso to discuss my idea?
No. We have so many ideas submissions that it is not practical to speak on the phone about every idea submission.
Is it safe to submit my idea to Kerusso?
Yes, our form is transmitted in 128 bit SSL encryption.
What if I want to upload an attachment?
You can upload a .jpg file attachment with your idea submission at the time you submit your idea.
What happens if someone sends in an idea similar to mine?
This does happen. In the event we get the same or similar idea from more than one person, we will work with the first person who submitted the idea.
